The Burrow & Co. offers premium pet boarding in Sydney. The site had to feel calm and upmarket, explain the different stay tiers clearly and let owners request a booking without a phone call.

How we kept it fast
Our approach
- The booking wizard is plain JavaScript on top of normal form fields, so it is quick to load and still works with assistive technology.
- Each step is a fieldset with its own legend, so screen readers announce where the user is.
- Pages are static HTML on Cloudflare, so they load quickly for Sydney visitors.
