Some things outside our build can lower them, and aren't covered: third-party scripts, plugins or libraries you request or require (analytics and tag managers, ad and tracking pixels, chat widgets, booking, payment or review embeds, social feeds, A/B testing tools); content added after launch, such as large images or autoplay video; hosting, DNS or CDN settings we don't manage, including bot protection that injects its own scripts; and Lighthouse's normal run-to-run variation of a few points.
